1.3 Account Creation

2. Purchases and Entries

2.1 Ticket Sales

All sales are final. Once a ticket purchase has been confirmed and recorded in our central computer system, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your selected numbers and draw dates before confirming your purchase.

2.2 Cut-Off Times

Ticket sales for a specific draw close at a designated time (e.g., 7:30 PM local time) on the day of the draw. Purchases attempted after this time will automatically be entered into the next available draw.

2.3 Pricing

Ticket prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

You may deposit funds into your account wallet using approved payment methods (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, Interac). You warrant that you are the lawful owner of the payment method used. We do not charge fees for deposits, but your bank may apply transaction fees.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may withdraw unplayed funds and winnings from your account at any time, subject to our security checks. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. We adhere to strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and may require additional documentation (e.g., utility bill, ID) before processing withdrawals over $1,000.

4. Winnings and Prize Claims

All valid winning tickets are subject to validation and verification by our central system and independent auditors. A physical printout or screenshot is not proof of a winning ticket; the official electronic record prevails.

4.2 Claim Periods

Prizes must be claimed within twelve (12) months from the draw date. Unclaimed prizes after this period expire and are reallocated to the prize fund or charitable causes in accordance with regulatory requirements.

4.3 Payment of Prizes

  • Minor Prizes (Under $1,000): Automatically credited to your player account immediately after validation.
  • Major Prizes ($1,000 - $24,999): Credited to your account after a manual review period (usually 24-48 hours).
  • Jackpot Prizes ($25,000+): Must be claimed in person at a designated prize center. Identity verification and a media release form may be required.

5. Responsible Gaming
